I think I have the same group from the number listed in this post (very similar number apart from last 4 digits):

Some kind of student loan scam (US based)

Scam Number: 319-224-8067 Scammer’s Website or Email: Unknown (phone number not associated with a legit business) Additional information about this scam: Some sort of student loan scam, with calls threatening people about imminent payments. They block skype, so have to be called with a regular phone or spoofed number. They disconnect and block phone numbers quickly. [Screenshot_20221215_182120_WhatsApp]

Any idea of their scheme? I got blocked after pressing about their location/company name/etc.
