Answering but asking for full SSN. First few tries I got a Mr. James Allen. Last attempt, guy asked for my SSN, I gave him the last 4 and he said he needed the full #. Said something like "Oh, I thought you were the SSA?" and he replied with "No M-F'ker - go to hell" and hung up! Wow... short fuse that one!

@drwat#167164 I just downloaded the Open Broadcaster Software. I had to put in that one source would be a Realtek Microphone and the other source would be a USB Microphone. But I called a number, while talking at the same time, and I heard both voices. The noise levels between the caller (me) and the “callee” seemed pretty balanced. Thank you.
@drwat#167164 With the OBS Studio Software, I had to be sure I muted everything beyond input mic and the desktop. There were a bunch of other mics that needed to be muted. Otherwise, I sounded like FM radio. Once I did that though, the sound quality is a lot more “real.” Thank you for telling me about it. There will be a learning curve, but I think I got over the major humps tonight.
