I also have come across 9 of these fake as fark “Comcast advanced technical support team” numbers
I will list them all tomorrow
they have 2 slightly different menus on them
It asks for your account or phone number so you just enter a totally bogus caller ID which it accepts and connects to a very well spoken Comcast technical support agent
Any bank or real telco would reject a number which is not in their database and disconnect the call immediately after telling you there is no matching number in their system
