The Scientology mailing list is infamous for being impossible to get off of. Apparently they'll even track you down if you move house.

I think the best approach is to make it a co-ordinated group effort. It's a bit like BobRTC. One person phoning up and making nuisance calls doesn't do much good. A hundred people all working together against one target on the other hand...

You can find all kinds of newsletters on the internet by typing a random thing followed by "newsletter". For example, here's a load of cat picture email newsletters that you can sign up for.

If you had a bunch of people signing up the same lot of scammers to every email list under the sun, it's got to add up pretty quickly.
