Actually, Google Voice only allows you a certain number of calls to the same number. They will then say you are violating their TOS for spamming and will terminate your account. I had it happen to me.

Iāve been getting calls all damn day. I hope they piss off a lot of potential victims that hang up on them. I asked them why the hell they were calling on a Federal holiday. One said they work on holidays, and others just hung up.
