We at Cheap Flights Fares LLC and Fares Hub LLC understand your determination to terminate all businesses that are wrongfully charging North American consumers for nothing, moreover, we are aware of all the negative attention our brands have received in the past, however, we are not trying to do anything wrongful and are willing to answer all questions addressed to us, the same has been the trend with BBB and issues raised with Trustpilot. Morally speaking we do not support or tolerate hacking and we do not owe any one an explanation except for the right authorities and our customers, however, due to the constant interference from scammer.info users we are now at a stage where we need to address it here and request you to kindly come to us on a one to one basis and ask relevant questions instead of wasting your and our time. The few questions that have been raised through your platform are answered below:

  • 1. Are you scammers? No, we do not scam and do not support any activities related to scamming as well. We are an online travel agency and issue genuine airline tickets, hotel reservations, car rental reservations, travel insurance and any travel related services our customers need. We are ARC(Airlines Reporting Corporation) accredited, it is the regulatory authority for issuing airline tickets in the US(This can be verified by going to ARC Website and doing an ARC Check, they have stringent guidelines on who qualifies to be an accredited travel agency, you can view their requirements on the same website and we are in the process of acquiring TICO(Travel Industry Council of Ontario) and IATA(International Air Transport Association), again both these accreditation are not easy to get, unless you are a travel agency with sufficient experience.

    Why is our call center in india? The most obvious answer for that is cost, like many other businesses, namely Cheapoair.com, Expedia.com, Smartfares.com, Myflightsearch.com, Faregeek.com and so on have their call centers in India.

    Why do we have so many complaints, if we are not scammers? Every business has dissatisfied business, that does not mean we are not obligated to help them, there are situations where we just don't have the possible solution, in those situations we do get BBB complaints and Trust Pilot reviews, you can see the example of other companies BBB and Trust Pilot Reviews below as well. Cheapoair and Expedia have a lot of complaints on BBB as well but just like us either they have answered those complaints, resolved them or are in the process of responding to them. Moreover, the total number of complaints on BBB and Trustpilot is not even 0.5% of our daily sales.

    Why has BBB highlighted our agency and others are BBB Accredited? I am not at liberty of sharing our communication with the BBB but I assure you we are in communication with BBB through our legal counsel to resolve all their concerns, but we have constantly got a push back from them, I’m not sure if it is because they have turned a blind eye towards the volume that we process and consider our total sales to be our complaints or they just favor the giants like Expedia.

    Why have'nt we spoken out, even when we are being scambaited for last 1 month? We consider hackers to be criminals and want to go through the due legal process, however, the constant harassment of women in our office through the scambaiters who make lewd remarks to them has made us speak out to prevent harassment, below we have shared 1 such call recording for a scambaiter.

  • 6. Why have we reported the videos posted about us on youtube, doesn’t that violate the rights of that youtuber? We find those videos to be misleading and defaming for our company, we do not find it to violate anyone’s rights. Moreover, those who speak of rights should also, know that bill of rights does not end at the first amendment, the Amendment 5-8 defines that everyone has protection of rights to life, liberty and property, rights of accused persons in criminal cases, rights in civil cases, excessive bail, fines and punishments forbidden. Which you all have violated for us by not following the due legal process and taking upon yourself and pretending to be the investigator(very bad one at that),prosecutor, judge, jury and executioner.
