I faked their ConnectWise not working, prompting the incredibly-deaf “James” to have me run Alpemix. Once he remotely connected to my virtual machine, he performed a “security scan” with the “netstat” command in the Command Prompt.
- He then repeatedly attempted to install ConnectWise before I intercepted. He then asked me if I do online banking, which I don’t, and he refused to “suppoat.”
