As a heads up, if anyone is reporting to Peerless, Airus or any one of the other branches on Infobip, it’s best to contact infobip directly. Also, make sure to follow up on the case instead of sending another email, reporting the same number again. Send your evidence to them if they go a full day without responding by letting them know that the number is still up. They will escalate the ticket and force the reseller to shut it down. Sending multiple emails instead of follow ups only delays the investigation because it looks like bot activity.
