This number belongs to MCI Metro Access Transmission LLC. They’re owned by Verizon and I’ve seen scammers use this telecom before. Sadly, Verizon did away with their emails a long time ago. If anyone has a solid way of contacting Verizon, please share those details so that I may shoot them an email.
If they called you on this number and provided that it is not spoofed, you can report this to Bandwidth. You have 2 options. You can use their webform here; US/Canada Report a Phone Number
or sign up for their ticket system here; https://support.bandwidth.com/hc/en-us/requests
If you’re using the ticket system, select AUP violation after selecting Unwanted calls. Supply evidence and compose a report in a neutral tone and they will shut the number down - provided it wasn’t spoofed. I say this because scammers have been spoofing call back numbers from Google Voice and Level 3 numbers which turned out to be fax numbers.
