I called Verizon Business and they are as useless as tits on a fish.
Either that or…I think I must sound like a complete IDIOT when trying to explain why I am calling them. If I tell a telecom representative that someone set up a tollfree for intake and impersonation and THEY don’t know what that means, then I must not be explaining myself well enough.
The chick I was talking to told me that the scammers using the number must be ‘masking’ their number… UGH!
Verizon never listens to emails or phone calls. They just don’t take reports seriously its a shame not being able to shut down that number.
