2256551306 is very active. They are a text-now subscriber & I’ve reported the number with bandwidth.com
I use fireRTC, TalkOne, TextNow and Google Voice. My first choice is fireRTC as I can record the call. FireRTC will let you spoof phone numbers, so I’ll spoof the scammer’s own relay number. I will use that spoofed number to call other scammers too. I also will use payphone numbers, as there are websites that list payphones. In many places payphones don’t accept incoming calls.
