I think that guy is a skid and not a scammer. I remember he used fake pop-ups similar to scammer’s to bait innocent people and scambaiters. That’s when his doings were exposed for going after scambaiters.
Freecarrierlookup seems like an awesome resource. Unfortunately, in order to look anything up you need to verify you’re not a robot with an inaccessible to blind people CAPTCHA with no audio alternative, etc. I should reach out to them and see if they can implement some kind of work around. Still, thanks for the resource. 
Thanks for mentioning that. I may point it out to them as well. I sometimes do the audio CAPTCHAs to reduce fingerprinting online as well.

It took me a few days, but I know who it is and I have more info about him than he could possibly imagine.
