At 11:47 AM Central, I called (813) 291-7322 and a guy answered. If I understood him correctly, his name was supposedly.

Anyway, they use ANYDESK.COM to connect remotely. He actually had me go to the URL www.9115.us and then he said to click the Windows (among choices Apple and Android for example) and then he said to click AnyDesk (among some other choices like TeamViewer, UltraViewer, and SupremoControl).
