They have nothing to do with Medicare. I asked in my Spanish speaking accent why they use such a terrible call center, why I can speak better English and why the dude asked me to suck his dick. She called me a bitch and hung up.

Yet another proof that these are all scammers and spammers. No reputable US entity would ever swear at customers. They are likely using TCPA-violating robocalling call centers in the Philippines to generate business. Obviously, they don’t care that it is illegal.

I spoke with another agent. He could have cared less that they were rude, unable to speak English, and used profanity. Totally uninterested. What do they have to do with Medicare?
Yes, and unfortunately I have found that with Medicare and tax scamming, it is usually the case. Pakis, Indians and Filipinos are frequently just no-name “foot soldiers” of scamming. The real bigwigs are all based in the US. They are just hiding behind multiple sham companies, and are hard to bust. I am currently suing several TCPA- and TSR-violating entities, and the head honchos are all in the US.
I also learned that some of these people in the call centers have actually been abducted and forced into scamming.
This is true, but probably not the case with these particular ones… These ones are vile and vicious people threatening others and using explicit language non-stop. Don’t quite seem like victims.
Now, there are legitimate ultra-rich foreign scammers too. I know that Sansom/Merkavoix owners are all Pakis, and many of them live in Dubai in mansions. Definitely predators.

These are just Federal cases against Medicare scammers filed in the first six months of 2024… Almost all of them are American sleazy doctors, nurses, “marketing gurus” and “salespeople”. They are making hundreds of millions defrauding the US public. Many of them utilized scamming call centers in India, Pakistan and the Phillipines to defraud the public. It’s a very interesting read!
