- I faked the download not working, and the scammer hung up on me. I called the number back and “Daniel” falsely claimed my identity was stolen to make this fraudulent subscription, prompting me to run UltraViewer (ID: 69002170/DESKTOP-69).
- Once remotely connected to my virtual machine, “Daniel” asked me to log into my nonexistent bank account. But as I don’t do online banking, he refused to “suppoat.”
