Update: We have changed the XP requirements on DialParty:
2000XP - 2 line dial party
3000XP - 4 line dial party
5000XP - 6 line dial party
We don't have automation in place yet to automatically grant these features when you clear the marks but we will have it in place in the next software update.
In the meantime you can ask a dev in the NumberLobby IRC channel or on here for a grant to your account

Awesome feature guys but a bug to report…
I’m at 3000 XP and even though I select only 2 call lines, it puts 4 calls on the line every time.
Also is there any way to drop one of the lines? If one of the lines goes to voice mail it ruins the whole call...
