Magic Jack ignore reports, I have sent numerous reports with recordings and timestamps, they do not respond and the scam numbers remain live.

This is a standard Magic Jack response. They do not state if they terminated the number. They only state that they will take the necessary steps to make sure that this activity doesn’t happen again… and yes, the number is still LIVE, it goes to voicemail: 267 906 8038

yeah, similar to the response ‘we have asked the customer to refrain from illegal activity’ I think that was them?
