@nemofoot#37364 - http://pjsip.org/ is an Open Source SIP library. You can compile it on various platforms. There are many test programs that are part of the build. I used one of them (with my tweak) + driver code to feed it (e.g. random Caller Phone numbers for Caller Id, a unique file name for recording, etc.)

That number is working 24x7. I just called that number and they picked my call.
Here is what I found on my own. Did some calling, digging and linking but eventually found the story behind this company. You make of it what you want but if they are truly a scammer company, it has to be the largest one I have ever seen.

They haven't changed their number on their website - I imagine if they had changed numbers this would have been updated. They might also just be incompetent though, they are scammers after all.
