I would always try to report every incident to:
https://www.ic3.gov/Home/ComplaintChoice
I would put $10,000 as amount as they would if they could and you don’t have to fill in every blank. There is a place for numbers too. Just fill in basics and leave the rest blank.
I think they at least try but not sure if anyone is familiar with their efforts? Thanks

So I found the name of the owner to this number was a 93 year old woman. Looking deeper into her profile an email came up that was different than the others. Her other two emails were here name and last name but this one was

Kind of a unique right? I dont know why a 93 year old woman would create this email so i dug deeper.
