This one dropped the accent and said he is happy to prey upon people. He said that people are peasants and insinuated that he is in the US. I have never heard one drop the accent so completely.

He sounded like Chicago strangely, like he was a college professor mixed with a Chicago old school gangster. He is a danger beyond the normal PCH scammer. Gut feeling is this guy has hurt people.

Without question the usual Jamaican subject, who has answered several time on previous days and has 3 different garbage fake PCH ivr and voicemail recordings.
There is no way this is an American accent. This Jamaican accent doesn’t differ one iota from any of the 30 or 40 thousand verification or successful targeted search calls I’ve made to the con artists

I am willing to admit that I may be wrong. I can’t kick this feeling though and I have only ever felt this in the military. Something is different with this guy, the average scammer doesn’t have this vocabulary. The Spidey Senses thing, I guess. I could be wrong.

There are several of these criminal layabouts who claim to be Dave Sayer.
The main player and star of a gazillion “educational videos” is possibly the most known voice because of his ridiculous vocabulary and making up new English language words regularly, which previously didn’t exist until he bluffed and butchered his way through his ridiculous stories and fantasy tales of riches
