I vote D: Create massive labor camps for this foreign scamming scum and make them work there 12-14 hours per day for two meals a day. And when they enter such camps, have a greeting saying “The Work Will Liberate You”. One day, it will (or they die of exhaustion). We could also put illegals there, especially all the ones affiliated with cartels [plenty of those everywhere for sure].
