I did get through with textnow, didn't have much luck with FireRTC, I think they may be comparing callerID to their call list.
Mostly getting hung up on, but I did manage to get one of them raging for a few minutes.
Was funny because he denied impersonating IRS, but I could hear people answering phones as IRS in background, noisy call center.
