I don’t know where on the internet this scam is being used exactly, but the Internet Archive Community Images collection is being used as a CDN for fake popups by several accounts:

Thanks! I just found out how to flag items on the IA so I’m going to try mass flagging these. I don’t know if there’s an easier way to get them off the site.
