My posting is going to be a little off topic here. However, I would still like to bring it to everyone’s attention, as it involves Onvoy. Another major enabler of obnoxious robocalls and scams is called Peerless Network. It has recently been purchased by Croatian company called Infobip. In the meantime, Inteliquent/Onvoy was acquired by Sinch of Sweden.
Unfortunately, both Infobip and Sinch are infamously complacent with robocalls and scams. Below is yet another proof from Commsrisk (it is a wonderful resource, in general):
By the way, Peerless Network, Inteliquent/Onvoy and HFA Services (IP Horizon) all were recently issued Cease-and-Desist letters from the FTC for turning a blind eye to robocalls and scams. These three and Telnyx are some of the worst violators, in my experience! The letters could be found below:
