How to report scammer's address?

Some scammer ended up giving me their address so I can mail them a ‘check’. How to report this?

BTW their number is 18442639994 but it says that they're unavailable while using FireRTC, Hangouts and Skype. Their address is 3373 Covered Bridge Dr West, Dunedin, FL 34698

This works on hangouts. these guys are hilarious, put on an indian accent and pretend your name is Jason wolfheisenburg. I played with these guys for about 6 mins the first time and then i comfronted him. Also say you live in Toronto Canada. These guys are funny, ask for Robin.
