"GetMeFixed" refund scammers thread

Chods are still active, having recently attempted to make me a victim by impersonating Microsoft and sending the following email to my personal account:

Scam Number: (802) 303-4240
Carrier: Onvoy (presumed Microsoft Teams)
Call Center Location: Kolkata, West Bengal, India :india:
Answers as: “Customer Care Suppoat” or “Microsoft Edge”
Technician: “Nigel”
Falsely Claims: Every computer comes with a free trial to Microsoft Office 365
Remote Access Software: getmefixed.space and ConnectWise from dkmuhelp.top (Code: 99253)

The first chod refused to “suppoat” because I refused to read out the ENTIRE FUCKING EMAIL, so I called back and got ahold of “Nigel,” who was too gandu to provide “suppoat.”

  • I then got ahold of the first bhenchod who was not only incredibly deaf, but also wanted me to download AweSun from getmefixed.space in order to generate a “cancellation form,” which is actually ConnectWise from dkmuhelp.top
  • I was then asked to fill out a cancellation form on their website, which is designed not only to impersonate McAfee but to also falsely claim I received a refund of $7,689.90
  • The scammer then asked me to log into my nonexistent bank account so I can “send the money back” to him, but since I don’t actually do online banking, I tried to persuade him into allowing me to put bogus card details on a “secure web portal” or to send an e-check.
  • The chod, however, refused to accept these methods on the grounds that I was “buying a product” from them when that was not my intended purpose. I tried to further persuade him otherwise, but he refused to “suppoat” and tried to play the victim by saying “Do what you want with my money, I’m losing my job anyways”

The scammers’ website, getmefixed.space, lists several options for the initial remote desktop connection, such as:

  • SupRemo (listed as “Connect”)
  • TeamViewer (listed as “iDesk” and “TSupport”)
  • RustDesk (listed as “Assist”)
  • AweSun (listed as “AweAssist”)
  • getmefixed.space/support (listed as “SecureHelp”)

I had also encountered these chods in the past, with one scammer locking me out of my virtual machine and threatening to have the FBI arrest me for “possessing CP”
