Extra Info: General Ulysses S Grant gets an email with an order for some very expensive sneakers. He calls Amazon, but rather than cancel the order, he ADDS to it and changes to address. The poor guy then tries to get him to pay with assorted mechanisms: Amex gift cards, other gift cards, etc. etc. At the end, he still doesn’t realize he’s been had for more than 35 minutes. If he calls back tomorrow, I’ll ask him to change the order because these are for women’s shoes and I need men’s.
