The numbers listed on Vonetel’s website are:
- (913) 325-9757 (T-Mobile, voicemail)
- (800) 574-9469 (Iristel)
Additionally, their BBB listing includes the T-Mobile number (913) 244-1007, which is the personal phone number for their owner/CEO David Emerson.
The company has also accrued a negative review on Yelp for facilitating Microsoft technical support scams with payments made through PayPal. Similar 1-star reviews were made on their BBB listing, so it’s highly likely that they are the same company.
I have also found the toll-free Iristel line listed on the BBB listing for “Microsoft Support Center Nevada” and that Vonetel has been listed on the BBB scam tracker for facilitating tech support scams with CHILD PORN as a scare tactic.
