Not sure what the terms are exactly, but the calls within themselves aren’t a scam. If people were dissatisfied with your services, or the information you harvested, shared, or used in an attempt to later conduct business when them, that was their own fault for not thoroughly reading the agreements you should be sending them. I can’t vouch for all your business practices, but having contacted some of your customers I can say that this isn’t a scam.
