The good news is this. In 2024 alone, my office secured more than $1.1 billion in federal grants for the district. We hosted a total of 96 district events, including town hall meetings, industry tours, roundtables, and our 13th annual job fair. Meanwhile, our office continues to serve you. We replied to over 30,000 constituent letters and emails this year, completing 503 casework files and recovering more than $2.1 million in benefits owed to our constituents by the federal government for 2024. In 2024, we also announced $24.7 million to fight crime in Alabama, 5.3 million for better mental health care in our district, 3.7 million to preserve our civil rights history, and $13.1 million in 2024 federal budget for 13 local projects in Alabama’s 7th congressional district.
