So that message was about him being in the hospital and wants her to pay his medical bill, or am I wrong?
He impersonates as FBI agent and says victim’s identity is compromised and instructs the victim to transfer funds using many schemes.
That message was a victim that already had all of her money stolen. 
Do you know how much? and how long of a time period?

Has anyone reached out to the victim and directed her to where she can report being scammed and recover her money. I know when I talked to them they said report to if3.gov. if someone hasn’t I hope someone will to help her.
