Scam Number: (470) 560-3473 (213) 354-9792 (719) 224-4407 (907) 302-2783
Scammer’s Website or Email: All Vonage carrier
Additional information about this scam:
Cold calls, pushing genectic saliva testing kits and fishing for Insurance info
If it were me, I would be inclined to utilize a legal letter to [email protected] and [email protected] along these lines (feel free to use it and modify to make it more applicable to your scenario):
Subject: Formal Legal Demand Regarding Illegal Robocalls and Fraudulent Activity
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally demand that Vonage immediately cease and desist from facilitating or allowing fraudulent and illegal robocalls originating from the following numbers on your network:
(470) 560-3473
(213) 354-9792
(719) 224-4407
(907) 302-2783
These numbers have placed unsolicited robocalls to my phone today, and I believe they are part of a larger fraudulent scheme to obtain sensitive personal information, including Medicare numbers, in violation of federal law. Specifically, these calls promote “free genetic testing kits” and attempt to gather personal and insurance-related information. Such activity is likely an attempt at identity theft and potential Medicare fraud.
Evidence of Illegal Robocalling Campaigns:
For further verification of these illegal robocalls, I am providing links to detailed reports from RoboKiller, a recognized third-party robocall blocking service, which tracks and reports on fraudulent robocalling campaigns. The following links confirm that these numbers are actively engaged in illegal robocalling:
These reports show that these numbers are flagged as sources of robocalls, which reinforces my claim that these calls are part of an illegal and fraudulent scheme.
Violations of Federal Law:
Federal Do Not Call Registry (DNC) Violations
My phone number is currently listed on the National Do Not Call Registry. Under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) (47 U.S.C. § 227), it is unlawful for any entity to place unsolicited calls, including robocalls, to individuals whose numbers are registered on the National DNC List, absent express written consent. These calls have been made in clear violation of this law.
Robocalling Violations
The calls made from these numbers use prerecorded voice messages, which are prohibited under the Truth in Caller ID Act (47 U.S.C. § 227), unless the recipient has granted explicit prior consent to receive such calls.
Potential Medicare Fraud
The nature of the calls—soliciting personal information related to Medicare and health insurance—strongly suggests an attempt at identity theft or fraudulent billing of Medicare services. These actions potentially violate multiple provisions under the Medicare Anti-Fraud and Abuse Laws (42 U.S.C. § 1320a-7b), and could lead to criminal liability for all parties involved.
Immediate Action Required:
Investigation and Disconnection of Fraudulent Accounts
I demand that Vonage immediately investigate these numbers on your network and disconnect any accounts associated with these illegal robocalls.
Cease All Robocalls and Unsolicited Contact
I demand that Vonage take immediate steps to block any further robocalls originating from these numbers, as well as any other numbers linked to fraudulent activities, from reaching my phone.
Written Confirmation
I expect a written response within 10 business days confirming that Vonage has investigated these matters and taken appropriate action to cease the illegal robocalls and prevent future occurrences.
Failure to Comply:
Should Vonage fail to take appropriate action, I will pursue all available legal remedies, including but not limited to:
Filing a complaint with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC)
Filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC)
Pursuing legal action under the TCPA for damages
Seeking assistance from my state Attorney General’s office for consumer protection and fraud-related violations
Please consider this letter a formal legal demand for immediate action. I expect Vonage to treat this issue with the seriousness it deserves, and to take all necessary steps to halt these illegal activities.
@scamterminator2021 This is awesome my friend…Thank you! I’m sure Vonage is already gun shy of the FTC after their $100 million refund fine. Gonna CC the FTC (whom for the record I do not respect).
I hate most VOIP. I don’t care what their loony supporters say. I have two jokes to make in that regard:
A good VOIP carrier is the one that managed to disappear quietly before they could be subpoenaed for enabling every scammer in the world to call you at 3 a.m
A good VOIP provider is like a one-hit wonder—it’s over before you even realize you’re being scammed
P.S. Both jokes should be told strictly in a high-pitched CHIMPUNK MAN’s voice! SANSOM sucks dick!
Thanks, everyone! By the way, these assholes called me back from 715-496-2323. There is a CHIPMUNK man’s voice there again, as usual. So, it is likely SANSOM scammers. This number is on the network of IP Horizon, aka HFA Services/“Call 48” that also received a cease and desist letter from the FTC for enabling scams:
From Vonage:
All the numbers listed in the complaint have been deactivated and removed from the account.
The customer has also suspended the routing of the client involved in this traffic.
Just ran a check on the numbers I posted and they’re all down (busy)…at the moment anyway.
That’s nice if they did ban them! You see, here is the true power of litigation working! Fuck these VOIP POS carriers and using a softspoken mild-mannered approach with them! We have to be wolves!
I would appreciate if you folks can help me report the issue with Medicare impersonators from 715-496-2323 to IP Horizon, as well (different carrier, similar shit): Legal Team [email protected], [email protected]

For some unknown reason, I’m really not surprised that these are numbers on the network of Fractel. Their owner Mikey Crown the “Clown” is a real gem and a wonderful and upstanding human being!
Oh yeah…I found these a long while back now and knew that at the time.
I came across a load of other numbers overnight one day last week which I collect a LOT of, who were also in a FracTel section of numbers.
Does Credit One bank sound familiar?
There is of course 3 incarnations of Credit One bank
The real shady as shit, organized crime predator lenders in their Las Vegas corporate hovel (answered by Filipino call centers (hundreds of toll free and area code numbers), then a Filipino scam offshoot, along with a sub continent scam which is quite frankly ridiculously easy to identify them, even after hours due the the bullshit illiteracy of their menu.
