I haven’t found any fake virus alerts today…and I’m guessing it’s due to the federal holiday. Mind you, some banks ARE open today and of course Target, CVS etc. are open too.
So I do wonder what kind of “support” these scammers are offering.
On average I find around 200-400 new toll free numbers every day, along with a few thousand new Medicare, Tax forgiveness & Loan consolidation robocall numbers.
85% of the toll free refund & tech support answer with the brain dead “support” or customary “suppoat”, with the more official sounding “online” inserted to sound super important.
I assign them with whatever has been populated in those areas, the databases have hundreds of thousands of known numbers as a reference

If I only had a dollar for every one who answers as cryptically and shit scared as these dolts.
