Oh dear, here we go again with people diving head first into whatever numbers get posted and automatically thinking they’re a scam.
Did anyone consider they pass you onto a number where an AI bot asks you to give a brief description of the problem you are encountering to direct you to the correct department because they are the real Norton support?
I have listed all the real Norton numbers my programs have located over the years.
None of these numbers should be called at all, unless you are silly enough to be using this antiquated, resource hogging rubbish software and need support
This should not have to be done, as a simple number search will show these to be the genuine Norton/Norton LifeLock support numbers.
They have the same AI bot software on them and when you do get through to a representative, they will be either from the Philippines or from India.
This doesn’t automatically mean to get excited and make sure the recording software is running.
No victims need saving on the real Norton support lines.
A bit of thought and professionalism is not only required but mandatory…please
With results like this popping up from these dopey sites doesn’t help matters much. They clearly show to be from the real Norton from the recording & transcript left, directing users to log into their actual sign in page
