How the scam works is you enter the Promo Code as given in the instructions, and your account appears to be credited with Bitcoin. However, when you attempt to withdraw, you see this:

I tested with two accounts, the site generates a new address for every account. Additionally, the code only works once per account. These scammers did QA, apparently.
