Looks like Fractel has now sided with the mark who has been selling the scammers numbers. This is exactly what’s wrong with the telecom industry. No telecom has ever held their wholesalers accountable for the constant selling of numbers to scammers overseas. This call center has had multiple numbers on this one telecom and others, yet despite a screenshot, a URL of the pop up, the telecom still sided with the mark (wholesaler) KYC is no proof of legitimacy anymore as scammers have already defeated it by having marks make the accounts for them using stolen credentials of by paid accomplices.
