We don’t know who made the calls or have access to your PBX, no one can just call up a provider and ask for call records (I’m sure you’re well aware of that), if you have recordings then why don’t you provide a copy of screenshot of your CDR along with these recordings?
You asked for proof that your employees were pretending to be from Microsoft or any other service provider and a member provided a recording that showed the call, called number and also the capture of what your technician did on their computer. Your previous numbers were shut down by the provider after the provider conducted it’s own investigation and not die to harassment or any high traffic that affected the providers network as you claimed.
You claim to be based in Washington and using agents in India, would you like to share the CIN of your Indian partner or subsidiary?

You will never change because you have no skills beyond theft. I want to add that even when you were provided with proof that you were scamming you played the role of a victim.
