Today, 15-Jun-2022, I have been calling 866-996-3650 since @firef0xx posted it. I wasted one guy’s time baiting for awhile. Then I got a woman and I harassed her until she cussed me angrily and hung up.
This scammer is back with a new domain.

What attack ploy are you guys using for these minions?
Hi @Jhawk, I was tryin’ to bait for awhile “Jack” at EBay at the 866 991 1184 that @firef0xx posted but the call only lasted about 20 minutes. Firstly, their phone system SUCKS. His voice kept cutting in and out. He just answered with his fake first name and the company name EBay; and he asked how he can help me. He did not mention any suspicious order on my EBay account.
So at first I wasted a good 10 minutes of his time asking him to repeat himself and to speak louder since I was having problems understanding him. Finally I could hear him and he was speaking more loudly or he adjusted his headset or whatever. I then was telling him that I am logged in as a SELLER and I wanted to ask him a question before I post something that I want to sell. I asked him if I could sell a LAMANCHA goat on EBay. I informed him that it is a registered purebred LAMANCHA goat but that I want to sell it ONLY to Indians in the country of India. I explained that I will post not only the photo of the young goat but also the pedigree that shows that this goat is a registered LAMANCHA goat. I said that also I’ll post a letter from a Veterinarian attesting to the excellent health of the young goat. When I finished, after a pause he asked why only to India? I replied, “Because you bakrichods love goats, and this goat is a virgin.” He mumbled something I did not understand and he hung up.
In hindsight I should have said from the beginning that I see an order in my EBay account that I did not purchase. I thought though that I’d be a bit more adventurous and try something new.
Since then, I am just harassing them at this number 866 991 1184. They seem unenthusiastic.

Well @Jhawk … admittedly it was a stretch to be sure. I thought though that I’d give the idea a try. I am surprised that he asked me why I want to sell the goat only to India. He walked into that one! 
I’m still harassing 866 991 1184 but they seem tired. I can’t get much anger out of them. It is late in their shift though. It is nearly 6 pm Central in the USA, and it is BRUTALLY hot and humid here!

Yeah, the 866 991 1184 is horrible. Their voices keep cutting in and out, and either they are not speaking loudly enough or they need to turn up their volume.
