They don’t care because the Federal government isn’t doing anything to enforce the cease and desist. It’s all for show. If they cared, they would get off their asses and do something. Instead, they sit back and watch while American citizens are robbed. Makes me think they are in on it.
Not only that, but the Feds won’t do a damn thing to revise the law to let people sue VOIP carriers. Currently, it is immensely difficult to sue carriers for negligent and unethical practices. If the Feds could just slightly adjust the language of the law making it easier to sue carriers privately, it would have resolved the issue. You and I would also be rolling in millions of dollars from TCPA lawsuits. Another venue is criminal liability for executives of VOIP scum. People like John Barnicle need to be put in Federal prison where other inmates would put their big “barnacles” on him.
Finally, there must be accountability placed on India, Pakistan and the Phillipines where most scams are. It is extremely easy to do it, but the dysfunctional US Government won’t do it. If there was a political will, all 3 of the aforementioned nations could be forced to deal with scammers in no time. Again, wishful thinking on my end!
Their lack of action proves they are getting something back by ignoring this.

I’ve not collated any of their substantial amount of numbers but I will as my system comes across them to list here
I normally come across them multiple times every day on new number area searches
