Isn’t PBX what they use? That dial pad?
FreePBX is a web gui driven version of Asterisk. There’s also Trixbox, or at least once upon atime, I don’t know if it’s still currently managed. There are literally dozens of IAX & SIP clients for Asterisk servers. “PBX” is possibly one of them.
