Extra Info: 79 yr. old mom called and I had to stop this - she need a PSW reset - they had her load fastsupport remote access - instantly popping open a terminal window and pasting in “bell south virus whatever.exe” like why do you need remote access to give her a psw reswet link - total BS - domain is registered in the Bahamas etc. I would appreciate someone destroying them because the customer base is all elderly in Florida and they are sitting ducks for these rats.
