This guy sounds like he can barely raise his voice. He said he doesn’t want to play around but with his Toll Free number it is good to call and insult where he then puts you on hold - costing him money when you mute your device and just walk away. Remember Toll Free

I agree, most likely it’s a different scam coincidentally using the same number.
