I believe these are impersonating HSBC - though I’m unable to get through. If anyone does through could the post what they find / a recording of the fake HSBC IVR probably being used?

I called this yesterday, 4pm AEST, the first turnip transferred me to his senior supervisor
Senior supervisor “Steven” gave me 02 6100 3313 (Canberra number) he told me to call back when my power came back on… I haven’t confirmed this number, this guy is no noob to scamming
I can get a live scammer right now if I display a number when I call. If I call from a silent number it justs rings for 35 seconds and the call disconnects.
