On the phone with Travis. After he started swearing at me I asked him how his supervisor at ATT would like that on a recorded call. He said he already quit his job and collected his last check. When asked why they still let him have access to phone support he said he was just helping out his supervisor. Yeah because that is how multi billion dollar companies work. He got really pissed and started to loose his American accent when he got mad. Shut this guy down.

means calling saying shit hang up call right back or sound effects … Trolling your trying to get info and waste time … They are getting mad being calling the 239 # for hour hit #0 or 0 or 13# get them answer … The hold music is awful …
