(844) 654-0264 “Jenny” answers, asked what I was doing when the popup occurred, then the call got disconnected for some reason. She calls me back on the number
(708) 252-3724 (Google Voice line). She then asks for me email address and then proceeds to put me on hold so she “checks her servers” . She then transferred the call to the “Security team department.” “Alex” then proceeded to ask me what I was doing on my computer, although I said I was having an issue with my “iPhone 12.” He then proceeded to say that he was “checking the network.” Then asked the same question and got disconnected AGAIN. I was then met with “Sam” who proceeded to hang up very quickly.
I called them again, “Mark” who deadass sounds like Bonzi Buddy, answered. “Mark” then asked me to restate my concern. He then asked me to login to Facebook and asked about the popup. The then asked me to put him on speaker and open the app store. He then instructed me to go to Rescue Mobile.
I called them a third time, this time “Russel” answered, asked me what I was doing, he then said “Can I have da first and da last name please.” He then asked for my Apple ID and date of birth. He then asked when I got the message on my computer (I changed my identity). He then said that my account was compromised and that they were going to verify my Apple ID through my iPhone. He then told me to put him on speaker and go to my App Store and download Iperius. He then hung up.

“Mark,” then passed the phone to “Jenny,” who then told me to download Rescue Mobile. She then told me to enter the code “752052.” After “Steward Johnson” connected to my VM. She transferred the call to the “Senior Supervisor.” “Mark” then proceeded to do the entire thing again. He then said that 'Steward Johnson" was the technician and was scanning my computer.
He then asked me to log into my bank, I opened up the BoA website and then continued to enter the wrong information in.

Karen answered, and called me back from 844-719-4346 for a better connection. I also got a call from Nathan Ross on the same number. I called back and spoke to “uh Sam” from Apple. None of the three, however, would consent to share their favorite colors for the security and verification purposes on the recorded line.
Raquel Miller (a man?) says his favorite color is red.
