They are scammers. First, the way the phone is answered with a generic message and then the usual scammer music. Then they are answering hello and they are for sure Indians. They also will swear at you. They will not give you the name of the company and after much pressing said it was AT&T. Such liars. They Indian dude also said his name was Victor Frank. Now where have I heard that before? Said he was in Connectat. Really? Next dude said his name was Noah. I asked why he was using a fake name and he said that no American would believe an Indian. He admitted that they were in India. Next guy insisted his name was Shawn Roland. Refused to tell me the truth because it is not in them. Guy got really pissed when I asked if his mother would be ashamed of him.
