I just called 866 485 6919 and they seem to have access to ATT actual sales portal.
The link in the email they sent me going to ATT.
How does this scam work?

877 414 1247 at scamazon spoke to a james ,mike , shawn, jason ,max ,clay ,peter tony , my insulting questions and quit witted responses they have blocked me on that number that was the only number I was able to get scammer to answer as the other nine of them went to voice mail on first time I dialed.
