Broken English, brand new account, has information a victim would never have… I’m not saying this account belongs to a scammer, but it sure is suspicious. Let’s play devils advocate and say they’re legit. The scammer would have had to send that photo to them. Intentionally or by mistake. Not impossible, but not likely either.
