Way to go! And by being strong, adamant and persistent, you’ve helped protect thousands of other victims of consumer harassment from never-ending obnoxious robocallers! They’d hopefully think twice now before harassing random people. We all have to work hard together on making it as costly and hard as possible for such idiots to do business of harassing consumers.
Now, my personal dream is the day when we can sue VOIP CARRIERS and hold them accountable! This is the core source of evil that makes most money of spammers and scammers! They have immensely deep pockets!

Amanda Valentine is a real Licensed Agent according to the state insurance department. She better be careful or she could get her license revoked permanently. If she continues to sell unlicensed then it will be jail time.

You should report her to her state authorities to make them investigate her ass!

I’ve already talked to her. She gave me a free quote without asking for my Medicare ID # so she’s not really doing anything illegal personally. Her company on the other hand is the one providing crummy leads. In some cases they even make the agent pay for them themselves. Other times the companies may offer the leads with no charge to the agents as well. This company is most likely acquiring these leads by paying someone like a data broker or another scam call center & are possibly getting scammed themselves since the leads are garbage.
I doubt the company really cares in the end because their pushy sales model only requires a naive elderly person to begin with.
The agent may or may not know where the leads come from. Most likely she does but is just forced to use them or be forced to buy her own. Buying her own is obviously way more expensive so she’ll most likely just put up with getting screamed at every other call.
The sad truth is, this woman wouldn’t get any sort of prison time if she were to commit fraud. More than likely she would just have her license revoked. If she was stupid enough to keep committing fraud at that point then mabe she would get a slap on the wrist stint in jail.

I agree with you fully, but, in my opinion, it is still worth it filing a complaint against them to authorities. It’s not this lady whose behavior infuriates me, as she is merely a pawn in the game. It’s the nasty bigwigs behind the whole scheme who should be investigated and punished. We can make it more difficult for them to conduct their shady business and engate in nefarious schemes by exposing them and insisting on a fair and thorough investigation. I know that the system is very much broken, hence the reason why said “bigwigs” even exist in the first place… Very, very frustrating, as tens of millions of our people get inundated with obnoxious robocalls daily…

Totally agree with you terminator. I was just trying my best to educate folks on the grim reality of the situation. If you can find out what company is behind certain illicit calls, then sue the crap out of them. It’s the only way a lot of these companies learn. Sorry if it seemed I was trying to discourage you from doing so. That was not my intention. As a matter of fact I wish you luck in the process.
