Agent Boost Marketing, TCPA violators DBA "Medicare Advocates" (SETTLEMENT REACHED!)

I can now reveal MARISA WOOLSEY was the Utah Gov Division Investigator for my case.
I can also now reveal… WHAT A COMPLETE WASTE OF FUCKING TIME!

@OfclyGoodenough @scamterminator2021

Still waiting to hear back from Nouvelle and Legal side of my provider.

Well, this fucking confirms that the Utah Dept. of Commerce is highly corrupt and unwilling to address fraudulent robocalls.

“Lastly, in the spirit of professionalism and resolution,…-”
Someone didn’t take too kindly to the joke! Lastly, in the spirit of professionalism and resolution, kindly kiss my ass! :joy:

Yes, it’s fairly obvious that this attorney does not really care, and her ultimate goal is to defend and protect her client, which appears to be a robocalling “firm” based overseas. No surprises here; that’s what those telemarketing attorneys do. This one also seems to be from the same part of the world where her lovely client is located… Hmmm, a very interesting coincidence…

I know that many of these attorneys make a ton of money by selling their soul to the foreign robocalling “demons”. I am not a fan of commercial attorneys defending businesses, especially telemarketers, let alone any foreign questionable entities. Believe it or not, I know great US TCPA plaintiffs’ attorneys who actually care about upholding the law and protecting consumers like you and I. Naturally, they make quite a bit of money, too, but I frankly am OK with it. Let them stick it to telemarketers and robocalling scum and protect the regular people!

Your best bet is to complain to other agencies and email Chairman Carr. I shared a few links earlier, mate. Cheers!

P.S. I was so very pleased to see Liverpool F.C. win! They’ve been amazing!

Certainly, I’ll have a dig back through this thread at some point over the next few days. As it’s still open communication, I’m just gonna see where it actually ends up first. Anything else you recommend I say to her, if anything? I’m planning on waiting to hear from Telnyx’ Legal department first.

Yessir, we won the league a few weeks ago! BACK ON OUR PERCH, FUCK YOU ALEX FERGUSON - OVERRATED MANAGER WHO PAID FOR HIS TROPHIES :slight_smile:

I don’t think I have anything else to add for her. @OfclyGoodenough - if you have any additional ideas or suggestions, you are always welcome to contribute! :slightly_smiling_face:

@MehNamesJeff - I’d take Pep Guardiola any day over Ferguson. At least, Pep seems honest and direct; they did have a bad season, but they will come back too.

No good either. Pep is a c@nt. He’s an awful manager hidden in plain sight.
Cheated his way too, don’t forget, at club-level they face 115 charges.

BREAKING!

The lawyer has reached out to me with a massive settlement offer.

More to follow. I cannot disclose anything until afterward, if I am able to at all.

Nice work! You see, we were following the right path!!! That’s the ONLY way to handle these assholes: Legal action, accountability, reporting to government agencies and public shaming!

@OfclyGoodenough - you are the ultimate guru, the mogul and the Tsar of research and exposure! I wish I were the President; I’d hire you to lead the FBI or at least the FTC.

I have told her due to me actually being in the UK - due to being ‘abroad’ and other (genuine) personal matters to escalate private severity, I’d prefer it be paid into a UK Bank Account in the meantime, of course with the denominations being in pounds.

However, I do hold a separate bank account and I have a specific US Currency wallet on there, so I’ve offered that option. I’m waiting to hear back on which one she’s happy to send it to.

My first order of business would be to direct ICE to prioritize deporting foreigners associated with scam organizations.

I’d also ask to investigate VOIP carriers and start holding them accountable for complicity with scams and illegal robocalls or directly enabling spammers and scammers. For some weird reason, Peerless Network, Onvoy, Ring Central, Fractel and Telnyx come to mind!

you guys know more seeing as you live in the USA - just for clarification, it shouldn’t be an issue right? either I say what my full legal name is simply a friend that’s trusted, I have full access to the account etc, and I waive liability and so on or I say that due to privacy reasons I was communicating under an alias but this account I’m providing is in fact linked to my real name? She can’t then refuse/subtract the offer or anything?

@scamterminator2021 @OfclyGoodenough

FOR REFERENCE: Here’s the email she sent; It does not disclose the offered amount at this time

I’ve noticed most of the Medicare calls stopped this week

They will likely need your full legal name.

That’s fine, I will just tell her that due to privacy reasons, etc, I use an alias at first.

Pretty sure she can’t now subtract the offer if she suddenly wasn’t happy about this…
